Netzwerk Gemeinsinn is a network of institutions and persons who support community-spirit on a methodical level. Origin of the network is the development of a new innovative project framework, called “Gemeinsinn-Werkstatt”. Its concept is the base of our process-research and –development as well as of our networking efforts.

Netzwerk Gemeinsinn e.V. was founded as non-profit association in 2003 by a number of German experts in consultation, research and facilitation. We are supported by institutions like the Bertelsmann-Foundation, the Centre for Applied Policy Research, the Oecological Educational Centre Munich and many others.

The web portal www.netzwerk-gemeinsinn.net gives some essential information about the “Gemeinsinn-Werkstatt” and other participation models and networking processes. Most offers are in German Language, until international partners help to establish the network in other countries and like to use the web portal in different languages:

• Information: Web articles from different colleagues all over the world about Change Management, Organisational Development, network-coordination, project- and large-group-interventions, brief descriptions and publications, info booths, lectures, exchange via telephone, virtual and real forums…

• Facilitation: Individual- and group-consulting on procedural matters, IT and financing, small and large-group-moderation, participative evaluation, offers and advice for logistics….

• Development: interest-related preparation, realisation and reflection in day or weekend workshops, courses on a weekly or annual basis with possible certification and supervision… and an open-source development platform and a methodological building-block-system of the Gemeinsinn-Werkstatt.
